WHAT IS THE REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Due to the nature of this business and for sanitation reasons, we cannot accept returns unless item received was incorrect. NO REFUNDS! EXCHANGE ONLY!! However if a cancellation is granted, there will be a $9 RESTOCK FEE. You have 14 days from the time it was delivered to send it back for an exchange. (PLEASE read our FAQ’s about the belt being tight, before sending it back. Returned items must be unused, unaltered and returned in the original packaging.
YOU ARE  RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES TO AND FROM. Item must be in its original packaging. ON THE INVOICE PLEASE INDICATE THE SIZE YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE IT FOR. Once the item is returned, an store credit  will be sent to you via email , then you may repurchase item you wish. Please keep the tracking number for delivery confirmation. If the item is not returned within 7 business days, we cannot accept it for an exchange. If the item is shipped after 7 days, it will be returned to you. International customers, we allow up to 30 days to have the item returned. (NO EXCEPTIONS!) Should an item get lost in the mail due to postal service or stolen once delivered, It is not Girly Curves responsibility to replace it!!

Hand wash or machine wash on delicate. Air dry to keep fabric from shrinking and losing elasticity.

HOW LONG IS PROCESSING TO SHIP WAIST CLINCHERS?
All of our products are shipped 3-5 business day. However we ask to allow 5-10 business days to ship.
Pre order items are shipped as stated under description, usually takes 14 business days.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
The Girly Curve Belt is NOT sized using the traditional sizes. It is important that you refer to our sizing chart to ensure a proper fit. If you stomach is a little larger, or if you’re between sizes, choose a size up to ensure fit.

WHY WAIST TRAIN?
Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using our waist training belt. Also known as waist cinching or tight-lacing, the practice came to prominence during Victorian times. Wearing a tight corset, exercise and eating a healthy diet can radically reduce the waistline. It takes dedication, time and patience. Most importantly, you must do it at your own pace.
Furthermore, the wearing of a waist trainer while undertaking a healthy diet helps reduce food volume intake by constricting the internal organs thus helping to promote a healthier practice of smaller meals, more often, rather than three large meals a day.
The more you wear a corset that cinches your waist, the more effect it will have. Waist reduction and reshaping requires discipline.
As the garment gets worn in continue to tighten it a little more each time you wear it. Eventually you should be able to begin wearing the next size down waist trainer to continue your waist reduction program. Initially wear the waist trainer 3 to 6 hours per day and increase gradually. Have patience and don’t rush the waist training by over doing the reduction. You may find that wearing the corset over a cotton tee or liner (compression wrap) will reduce the number of times it needs to be cleaned. We suggest you purchase 2 corsets in which to alternate them between wearing.
Everyone is different so there is no set time to achieve your desired level of reduction. Depending on the trainer it could take 2 months or 6 months. Be cognizant of your diet. Avoid heavy meals, sodas, alcohol and Drink plenty of water. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Taking these steps along with wearing our waist trainer can be helpful in supporting weight loss. Once your goal is reached, maintain your new hour glass figure by continuing to wear our waist trainer from time to time. A good idea is to take pictures as you progress, keep a journal and a measuring tape. Track your progress!
